Amazing ocean view. The condo is nicely decorated with a beachy theme and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could need. Would be helpful if the coffee pot had instructions, but the other machine takes pods and was pretty straight forward. Overall a very comfortable stay. We would stay here again.

We loved the condo. It is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. And very clean! My only complaint is that there was only one high table and chair on the patio/deck. This was where we spent most time and the view is incredible. We did find a broken high chair in a closet but couldn’t use it. I suggest that the owner invests in a set of patio furniture with table and 4 chairs.

Enjoyed being on the top 4th floor. Great views of the ocean. Close to beach with an easy short walk. We were disappointed that the boardwalk was being rebuilt and won't be finished until March or later next year. The condo was well supplied with everything needed. Overall, it was a good place to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas.

Beautiful location!

Very clean, very nicely furnished! Quality bedding and towels. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. Everything you will need and more. Only thing that was not as advertised was the cable tv. It is no longer cable but the smart tv’s are easy to use. Sam had all the answers when we called for assistance. Had to find area heaters as the living room was freezing when we arrived and the fireplace did not warm the room.

great view!

very clean with well stocked kitchen and centrally located. I would have given it a 5* had the water been turned on or a note for us how to turn it on. Then later in the evening hubby went for a shower only to find no hot water. We're farmers and quite self-reliant so went in search of a fuse box. It was cleverly hidden behind wall art but we found it, flipped the switch and we were soon good to go. We will be back now that we know the scoop!

Issues and unresponsive owner

The condo itself was fine. However, we were without Internet, and because there is no cable, a functioning TV for our entire stay. The modem and router in this unit were damaged during a storm and apparently had been that way for some time. The owner apparently felt that because the cause of the damage was out of their control that they did not owe us any compensation for the lack of these basic amenities. The cause of the damage does not matter. It is still the owners responsibility to maintain their property and to provide the amenities in the listing.Also, the failure to disclose these problems in advance to people renting your property is unethical.
