"There were bugs/ants crawling on me in the bathroom when I was going to the bathroom and once when I was sitting at the desk. I let the staff know and they’ve done nothing about it. My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. "The first room I was given absolutely stunk, the second room the door didn't lock. I was totally exposed to anyone who could push the door open. The only lock on the door was the overhead bar. They didn't dare charge me the $100 deposit supposedly required for damage."

"We booked 3 hotel rooms. One of them had pubic hair on a towel. Another had a very dirty bathroom wall, dirty lamp shade, dirty carpet. You have to take your trash down to the dumpster, which isn't a huge deal but you're not told at checkout and there's nothing in the rooms, just a small sign by the elevator. The front desk staff was super great and helpful though."

They had a variety of different equipments available including strength training and cardio."

"Breakfast was good, and the area was decent, though there wasn’t much going on nearby. The staff was friendly and generally helpful throughout our stay. However, housekeeping did not come to change the towels, replace the toilet paper, or make the beds. Overall, it was still a nice experience. We had to leave a day early, and the staff handled the change without any issues."
