"Discovering after arriving that there was a $10 per night Parking Fee in the parking area around the hotel that is usually free was very off-putting and made me wonder why Expedia didnt have this information more prominently displayed on this property's Expedia booking tab. In addition as a further inconvenience, the $10 parking fee had to be done via bar code in the parking lot. I would have chosen a different hotel had i known that."

"The room suited our needs. In the midst of a heat wave the air conditioning worked very well on a non-stop basis for 5 days. The room's refrigerator didn't have a freezer but the staff accommodated us by letting us use the dining area's freezer. The room was clean and after exhaustive days of sightseeing the beds were a welcome landing zone. The television offered an adequate choice of channels. The one negative (for us) is having the bathroom sink outside the bathroom. The breakfast had a nice...

"We just needed a quick overnight stay after a long day at a friends party. Myself, my husband and 7 year old son got a King bed with the pull out sofa. My only dislike is that after calling the front desk for a sheet, pillow and blanket for the sleep sofa, the fitted sheet was way too small and didn’t fit. I was too tired to call and ask again. Everything else was great. My son still had a great night sleep."

"This B&B is in such a perfect location! Easily walkable to all the things we wanted to do. Staff was immediately attentive and there for your every need. Rooms were wel appointed but a bit on the small side. Living room and front porch were wonderful places to relax and take in the sights or just chill on the porch swing. Breakfast choices were all delicious and graciously served. Only drawback was parking was pretty pricey for the small lot. Definitely reccommend!"

"It’s worth the expense to be so close to such a “walkable” area and the views can be stunning. Great food nearby (Middletons, O’Brians, Chick&Ruth’s deli), crazy expensive boats…what fun! Even the Naval Academy band put on a show."
