● There is no in-unit laundry, but a convenient coin-operated laundromat is located on the first floor of the building.
● Cleaning supplies can be found under the sink.
● Coffee pods are provided.
● No pets allowed.
● No smoking allowed.
● Please note that some noise may be heard from neighboring areas. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

3. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. There are 12 suites in this building; excessive noise can affect the experience of the guests above and below. Although there is soundproofing between the floors, please be considerate to the guests above and below and do not make too much noise.

4. No parties or events allowed

6. No shoes in the house

7. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

13. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

14. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

16. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

17. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
