Place was very clean and the kitchen and bedrooms were well decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The only suggestion is for the host to have 4 bath towels available for the 4 guests. But it was a wonderful place to stay.

The host was a great communicator. Location was perfect for an overnight visit with our son in his first year at Western. Interior of the house was everything we needed.

Overall, the place is great! Every nicely appointed and furnished. Very cozy & met all our needs. Great location, close to Western and downtown. Excellent communication with and by our host. Only 2 drawbacks: i) outside entryway was rather overgrown with plants and need to be trimmed, which impeded access somewhat on the rather narrow walkway; and 2) the stairway up to the unit is in good shape, but is on the narrower side, and quite steep. So may pose difficulties for some with disabilities or other mobility challenges.

Beautiful new upper floor of house! Arturo was very responsive. Beds, linens and towels were really good. Laundry was a big added bonus. Main floor is also a rental- we had a bit of noise one of the nights, but otherwise was very quiet. The outside was a bit run down and currently not accessible, however the inside was truly lovely! Shower was fantastic. Great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants etc. located in a nice centeal neighborhood. Would definitely return.
