Beautiful and very clean private room and is only 3.2km away from Fanshawe College Main Campus. Enjoy a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. Restaurants and Grocery Stores -walking distance.

The property is around 3.6 km from Western University of Ontario, 5.6 km from The Grand Theatre and 6 km from Budweiser Gardens. Western Fair Raceway Slots is 5.4 km away and London Convention Centre Corporation is 5.5 km. The nearest airport is London International Airport, 6km from the accommodation.

If I could give zero, I would. When I arrived, I was lead upstairs with absolutely no introduction to a room that was not in any of the pictures shown online with a connecting bathroom. The laundry machines were not provided (though it says they are), under the bed was disgusting with garbage, someone’s dirty used slippers and other things, no hand soap, no hand towels, and no towel for the shower rendering it useless. I stayed 2 nights and both were not enjoyable. Communation with the host seems to only be convenient when she want something with texting and spam calling until I answered (even if I was in the middle of something), but I received little to no information when I asked questions. The first night at 2am someone was pacing outside the room with a flashlight and keys, making me scared someone was about to come in. The second night, the host was banging on the door continuously at 5am and would not stop until I opened the door. When I opened it, she started yelling saying I did not pay the extra fee due to I had another person stay with me (I messaged her 10pm the night before saying I was having a guest and that I had already payed the fee) and I had to show multiple forms of evidence including my bank statements, email and text message that I did in fact pay the fee just for her to say “I have not checked yet but I am just making sure.” This is extremely unprofessional and I felt unsafe staying in the home. I recommend going anywhere else!

It was impossible to locate the propertyat night as were no exterior lights were on. The in room fridge was not plugged in prior to my arrival rendering it useless with no alternative fridge space, resulting in spoiled items that I had to discard. The bathroom tub was filthy and only one of 4 lights were working in that room. I was locked out on Saturday evening after a very long day , having to knock for at least 10 minutes to get in. They locked the storm door to which I had no key. The owners were impossible to contact and have still not replied to my Saturday messages. Nightmare!!!!
