Clean, spacious rooms with the comfiest beds. The rest of the house was also very spacious, airy, and well designed backyard was beautiful and big with lots of options to lounge. Arcade in the garage was a fun bonus

Fun had by all. Community pool & fitness room, pickleball and garage arcade kept all of our family active throughout our stay. Very friendly community. Grandsons were thrilled to have their own tv in room. The other 2 bedrooms have one as well. Beautiful clean home. Kitchen very spacious. Walked to the 2 beach areas. Took our family about 15 minutes both times. Port Stanley has so much to offer. No complaints from the kids or us on choosing this property. Thank you John

The property was perfect for individuals of all ages. We had access to the neighborhood pool and several beaches nearby. There was also a fully equipped game arcade located in the garage which everyone enjoyed. The backyard had several spaces for folks to lounge and to participate in a variety of activities. We’ll definitely be back!!

Excellent getaway for the whole family.

Loved the place. The Property manager was great. Kids had fun with the games. Lots of room for all. Bedding was lovely and lots of towels. Only problem was the pool not always open! Was closed one day because of chemical issues! Other couple days for repair! That was a bummer as Myself and one of the grandkids much prefer the pool.

Lovely beach house

John was very helpful from the start, he responded very quickly to our questions. The beach house is in a lovely location and the house was perfect for our needs. The games room was a big success very well equipped. The beds were supper comfy and we will hopefully return again.. Thank you John.

Beach House - great for our family!

Beautiful getaway!

We traveled to this lovely place to get away for a few days with our kids and it was wonderful. Had so many options to keep the kids and teens entertained and had such a calm and relaxing vibe. The kids (and my husband) loved the arcade and trampoline and the clubhouse was super close and gave us another option if we wanted to stay pool by the pool. Guy had everything we needed for a workout. Will definitely return!

July long weekend

We had a lovely stay in July. The garage “arcade room” was a big hit with our kids. We had a great day at the beach and a nice backyard BBQ one evening. We would definitely recommend this rental to family/friends and would absolutely stay here again. The neighborhood pool was also quite nice and well maintained.

Family beach vacation

we had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and functional for a family getaway with young kids. The yard and arcade room kept our kids entertained when the weather was too cold for the beach. The clubhouse pool and facilities are an added bonus. Just a short walk away from all amenities. John the host was responsive and informative. We would love to stay again!

Fall Getaway

The new build is lovely. Bright and clean with a large backyard and an arcade for the not-so-nice days. We are a group of older ladies that have been renting places at the beach in Port Stanley and Grand Bend for 36 years! This was one of the nicer ones! Since we come from four different cities, parking was not a problem because we could (if more than 2 vehicles) park on the street. The site describes walking distances to different places in Port, but for some of us, walking would take much longer, or not able to at all, lol! With a taxi that would take us anywhere in town for $7, it was not an issue! The only problem for us was the height of the beds--they're very high and we're too old to jump, lol, but that's probably an age thing. We had tickets to the Halloween party at the Legion for the Saturday night, and because there wasn't anyone coming in directly after us, we requested and got an extra hour to stay on the Sunday, which we really appreciated! Lovely home close to beautiful town and beaches

Lovely home! Luxuries like fine linens, towels, appliances really make the stay enjoyable. Large private backyard, great for relaxing outside. Games for the whole family. Short walk to cafes, restaurants, beaches. We will stay again!
