Our “Zum Ludwigsburger Strand” vacation apartments offer you the ideal retreat for relaxing days on the coast. Whether you’re a couple, a family, an active traveler, or a nature lover—here you’ll enjoy comfort, hospitality, and the unique beauty of Western Pomerania in every season.

The modern, high-quality vacation apartments were completed just a few years ago and furnished with great attention to detail. With approximately 80 m² of living space spread over two levels, there’s plenty of room for up to five people to enjoy a relaxing stay.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a beautiful view of the Dänische Wiek. Another bedroom with two single beds offers additional sleeping accommodations; an extra bed can be provided upon request.

The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living and dining area on the first floor. The modern, well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals together. A stylish bathroom with a spacious, walk-in shower complements the living comfort. The entire first floor features pleasant underfloor heating and is largely barrier-free. Thanks to the absence of door thresholds and the walk-in shower, the apartment is also suitable for guests with limited mobility.

For longer stays, a washing machine is available in the separate utility room. Of course, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is also included.

Families with children are very welcome here. Upon request, we’ll provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge. In addition, the staircase can be made child-safe with a stair gate.

Dogs are also very welcome here and may be brought along for an additional fee. The peaceful surroundings, proximity to the natural beach, and expansive coastal landscape offer ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged companion.

The south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy the sun from breakfast through the evening hours. Round out your day with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace and vastness of the Western Pomeranian coastal landscape.

A special highlight is the immediate proximity to the unspoiled beach at Dänische Wiek, which is conveniently just an eight-minute walk away. Here you’ll find fresh Baltic Sea air, unspoiled nature, and magnificent views of the coastal landscape. On a clear day, you can even make out the famous chalk cliffs of the island of Rügen on the horizon—an impressive panorama that further highlights the unique location of our vacation apartments.

The region also offers ideal conditions for cyclists and nature lovers. The European Cycle Route runs right past our doorstep along the Dänische Wiek. From here, numerous opportunities open up for varied bike tours along the coast, through the charming Bodden landscape, or toward Greifswald, Lubmin, Stralsund, and the islands of Rügen and Usedom.

A free parking lot is located directly on the enclosed property. The fenced-in area offers additional privacy and security. Access is convenient via an electric gate opener.

You’ll find shopping options right in nearby Loissin. In addition, the seaside resort of Lubmin and the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald—just a few kilometers away—offer excellent amenities, including restaurants, cafés, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, drugstores, and a wide variety of shopping options.

Thanks to its central location, numerous destinations are quickly and easily accessible. Discover the historic old town of Greifswald, the Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its UNESCO World Heritage Site, or take a day trip to the popular Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom. The diverse surroundings also invite you to go hiking, fishing, biking, and take long walks amidst a unique coastal landscape.
