Ideal for nature lovers, it boasts private outdoor spaces with no overlooked views, large landscaped lawns, woods, horse pastures, and wooded walking trails that wind around the property.

A natural and private 15,000m² pond is located 60m from the house and offers recreational fishing opportunities. Two fishing areas (2 to 3 lines each), no-kill and boat fishing are available. The pond is very well stocked with common carp, roach, and tench. The carp are not fed, so don't expect fish larger than 5-7 kg, but the pond offers plenty of fun and interesting fishing—a real plus for the gîte!

Shops and services 4.7km away: Loiron-Ruillé. The cottage is located at the crossroads of Mayenne and Brittany. Don't miss a visit to Laval: its castle and its Naïve Art Museum. Vitré: its castle and its half-timbered houses. The small towns of Chailland, Parné-sur-Roc, Sainte-Suzanne, and the "La Rincerie" leisure center are ideal for water sports or relaxing outings.
