Bear Lake Vacation Rental with breathtaking views of the lake. Relax as family and friends in our beautiful new construction Coastal Lake House Retreat. This property sleeps 20 guests. 5 Bedrooms 3. baths. No smoking or pets, alcohol, or drugs. Our guests are granted access to Ideal Beach Resort including beach, lake, swimming pools, hot tub, playground, lawn, chess, miniature golf, allowing easy access to marina boat launch. It features all the amenities needed to make you stay comfortable with quality finishes. Rental comes fully stocked with linens, toiletries, towels, & unlimited WIFI. We are located within walking distance to Sweetwater golf course, and PickleVille Playhouse. Perfect for families who want to relax in style. This retreat is perched on the mountain side. It's the perfect location to boat, snowmobile or ski. We have direct access to mountain atv trails. This cabin is overlooking Bear Lake's crystal blue waters and features a covered deck. Located close to Sweetwater Golf course and multiple biking trails that are located in beautiful Bear Lake. Included in your stay, we feature 8 person bullfrog hot tub. This location is ideal to the Sweetwater golf course, lake, marina, boating, fishing, biking, hiking and walking. We feature a foosball table, and sure shot basketball system. Come stay with us and enjoy all Bear Lake has to offer.

Beautiful home with nice kitchen and gathering space for our family. Great second gathering space in the basement. We loved watching the birds, deer and wild turkeys from the deck! Very clean. Best mattresses we've ever found in a vacation rental!

Wonderful Family Facility

This home was perfect for our family get to gather. The place was very clean and the rooms were larger than expected. The view was amazing. The large balcony allowed for some great indoor outdoor living. We had children of all ages. They enjoyed the basketball and foosball. The hot tub was clean, as was the yard. The high light was the wildlife. Deer and wild turkey. Were a fun surprise. Near by cave, lake and hiking trails made for some fun adventures.Communication was wonderful all along the process. Check in and Check was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this home for a group stay!!!

Great for families!

Melissa was great to work with. The house was great for our family group, with lots of space. We loved the outdoor balcony space. It was a little rainy one day so the hot tub was a hit until the sun came out. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

A wonderful location to experience Bear Lake

This lake house retreat is a fantastic home for experiencing Bear Lake. Located within 15 minutes of Garden City and Rendezvous beach (not to mention the access to Ideal Beach Resort) any trip to Bear Lake. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of space for kids to roam around between the upstairs family room and the basement family room. The location is great if not a little dusty as the road is not paved. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone interested in a trip to Bear Lake.

Gorgeous View

The host was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and provided a few pages from a travel guide, which I thought was really nice. I had a great time visiting with family at this property. The upper and lower outdoor spaces had great views of the sunrise over the lake. I liked the lower turf option, so the kids could play yard games. Some of the other neighboring properties didn’t have anything, which would make me kind of nervous about snakes. The subdivision is mostly new and modern looking homes. Some of the roads are paved, but many are not. Overall it was it was great experience, and would stay again in the future. I had never heard of Bear lake since I’m from the south, but now I won’t stop showing people how pretty it is. It’s like ice water, but you can see all the way to the bottom. I loved it. The only true negative would be traveling with family who can’t climb stairs. The master and a multipurpose room with two beds plus the washer and dryers are upstairs, while the remaining bedrooms are downstairs. I was demoted downstairs because my mom and grandmother can’t climb stairs anymore. If you have toddlers, I’d recommend a baby gate.

We loved the house and had a great time. Melissa was great to work with. We loved having access to Ideal Beach, as well as the foosball table, and the basketball game. The house was beautiful and was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Had a family reunion of about 20 people and this place was a good fit. There were plenty of bedrooms and space for when we got back from the beach. Location was great, as it was close to Rendezvous beach and downtown Garden City. Great place to stay!!

Beautiful accommodations just a short drive to the lake.

We loved our stay in Bear Lake in this beautifully furnished home. Beds were comfy, and layouts in the bedroom fit our family perfectly. The access to Ideal beach was a really nice perk. The two washers and dryers were great for the many loads of laundry we did. The View, tables on the balcony, artificial turf for the back lawn, fully stocked kitchen, location…. So many great things, too many to list. The only negatives were, there was no soap for the showers (but there was shampoo) and the internet/Wi-Fi was having problems, but nice to unplug for a while anyway. We hope to come back!

Great house, great location, comfy beds, clean!

We had a great stay with our children and grand kids. Everyone loved the place. It was perfect location to be able to come and go for the little ones who needed to nap. Plenty of everything and quiet for sleeping. It has a fantastic view of the lake for sunrise and throughout the day. Host responded quickly with every question. Thanks!

Gorgeous setting for a family gathering

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. Melissa was very responsive from the time we booked to the time we checked out. The home had everything we needed and wanted. The views were amazing and the area is so unique. We will definitely consider this home again if we make our way back to Utah.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Would have like better explanations on how to work the washer, where the garbage dumps were located, and would have been nice to know that we needed to bring our own soap for showering.

Beautiful new construction

Stayed here with my wife's family. We had plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Loved the amenities, especially the hot tub on location and the access to the Ideal Beach resort. Check-in and Check-Out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Bear Lake.
