  • What is the only way to top off a wonderful day of hiking through what Forbes Magazine has called “One of the Best travel destinations in the World” - a relaxing evening at the Breath of Heaven Cabin! Just minutes away from all of the breathtaking caves and trails of Hocking Hills, the majestic log cabin of your dreams awaits you nestled within 14 secluded acres. Wind through the woods, just past the water, and up the hill to your welcoming front porch, and rest awhile in the antique rocking chairs. Sip some sweet tea and cast a line into the bass and bluegill pond. Enjoy a meal with your family and admire the magnificent colors of Fall from the outdoor family room overlooking the property. In the evening, relax by a crackling fire in the gorgeous family room adorned with knotty pine walls, vaulted ceiling and rustic wooden beams, or soak in the hot tub. Make new memories and reminisce about old ones while stargazing and roasting marshmallows around the stone fire pit, or just taking a quiet stroll around the property. Why settle for stuffy old hotel rooms, when you could experience the “Breath of Heaven” Log Cabin in the hills?

    Cell service is very limited in the area. Reliable satellite internet is provided. As with most of the Hocking Hills/Wayne National Forest Region, we do experience occasional outages beyond our control.

Mother's day getaway

Its always nice to stay here, improvements since our last stay, appreciate the added support under the deck , im no arcitech, but thought it needed it, hot tub is a nice touch, didnt use it , but will be nice in cooler months, swing around the firepit is also nice

Had a great time at breath of heaven cabin, if you are looking for a great place to take the family this is it. Plenty of room for everyone, so many things to do. Our family of 4 loved the pond, we had camp fires every night, the front porch was great to play games and enjoy the sounds of nature. We will be returning for another stay.

Perfect Hocking Hills retreat

What a wonderful place to come back to after a day of hiking in Hocking Hills. Very private and wonderful grounds. Sitting on the spacious deck was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck, at the fire pit area, and in the hot tub. We appreciated the fenced-in yard for our dog. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to others! Our stay would have been even better if the pond were stocked for fishing and if the poison ivy along the fence line was removed.

Relaxing

Cabin has everything we needed to cook and relax. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Easy access to many hiking trails, within 15-20 minute. Highly recommend Cedar Falls and Conkle. Really enjoyed papa Dino Pizza.

Well done

Fantastic property that checked all the boxes for our 3 night stay. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. The deck and outdoor area in the back yard were great. We wish we could have enjoyed them more, but the weather didn’t cooperate.
