OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

There is a second unit on the property that is far enough away that the cottage feels private and secluded. It's not viewable from the back and has a privacy fence. This unit is available to rent simultaneously if you wish to have the entire property to yourself.

Please note that our water is on a well system. There is still a slight sulfur/iron smell with the hot water.
