The Space:

We hope you enjoy our cozy and private downstairs apartment! We just renovated it and we are always improving it and adding unique touches to make it more cozy for our guests. This place will make you feel at home with its fireplace, big TV, comfy couch, and full kitchen.

We live in the upstairs and can be reached anytime by messaging through the app, calling, texting, or in person if we are home! We have some kiddos so if we are home it is likely you will hear them playing, crying, and just being kids!

This home is a DUPLEX. You will have access to the entire basement with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, large bedroom and laundry room. This apartment is completely separate from the upstairs with your own entrance and key. The exterior entrance has a shared stairway leading to the apartment and laundry room.

The bedroom has a comfortable King size mattress. The Living room has a comfortable queen sized Pull-out-couch. Clean sheets and bedding are provided.

You will have access to the shared laundry room which is free for guests to use.

Our home is great for couples, small families, solo adventurers, business travelers, or anyone just looking for a place to stay.

Other things to note:

We live in the upstairs so there is a good chance you will hear us if we are home. We have children who do make noise at times but we are mindful of our guests and try to keep the noise down! Another note, with it being a basement apartment the ceilings are a little shorter than normal. There are plenty of windows and light to make it feel bright and happy!

USU Parents Weekend

We traveled to Logan for Parents Weekend and had a great stay here. The place is quaint and cozy! Everything was so easy! We will definitely be making this our home base when we visit in the future!

Clean, private and affordable

Overall this was a clean, comfortable place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Having a private entrance was important to us and the bed was very comfortable. Hotels in Logan were wildly overpriced so this made our visit affordable. The only downside was the rather sparce collection of kitchen pans and utensils. But this did not effect our visit since we just mostly slept and showered there.

Great Apartment

Very nice, clean apartment. While it is a basement apartment, there are so many windows and light, it doesn't feel at all like a basement. Everything was as described, hosts were responsive to questions. Location was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Worked well for my time in Logan

I was in Logan for a few nights attending an art workshop and this place worked well for what I needed. I was by myself so just needed something small with the essentials. Basement of Old cute house in historic Logan. Nothing fancy but wasn’t expecting it so it met expectations. I would say only reason not 5 stars was the bathroom was pretty tight but it worked. Overall this worked out well for my stay.

Met our needs perfectly

Very spacious, clean and accessible. This is a basement apartment type room. I wouldn’t describe it as luxurious, but it had some updated elements, was clean and comfortable. The bath towels were as good or better than the Omni! Very thick and absorbent. We stayed during a heat wave and found the space to be cool and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Friendly, responsive owners; convenient location (we were able to walk to a terrific Brazillian restaurant); comfortable bed and bedding; clean bathroom; pleasant decor; spacious kitchen. The stovetop, oven, and several pots and pans needed a good scrubbing.

Cute apartment

Just as advertised. Not sure if the owner lived upstairs, they were so discrete that I couldn’t tell. A great place to stay in Logan. It served as my base of operations before a bike race and worked perfectly for the job.

Sweet apartment

Initially we didn’t realize it was in a basement but it wasn’t a problem at all. The couple was very welcoming and sweet. The apartment was clean and met our needs perfectly. Definitely recommend!
