Ordinary just won’t do at our Hocking Hills cabins, including Christine’s Chalet. Our thoughtfully selected finishes, floors and furniture are as luxurious as any you would find in a new upscale home. Our local ownership means we care how our cabins fit into the surrounding natural areas, and we’ve chosen wood for the floors, trim and furnishings that complements the beautiful wilderness outside.

This cabin is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. A small family reunion, a men’s or women’s retreat, or a group of couples will find this Hocking Hills cabin fits perfectly, with plenty of room to eat and socialize, and comfortable sleeping for eight.

Comfortable Cabin, Great Stay

We visited the cabin for a quick winter getaway as a family. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and filled with little touches that made our time enjoyable. The games and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Drove to Hocking Hills State Park each day of our visit (25-30 min drive). 15 minutes to Logan for groceries, pharmacy, Walmart, etc.

Pristine Cabin Nestled in Nature

This cabin is perfection and located in a serene spot nestled in the woods. There’s a large hot tub, fire pit and game room that lend themselves to added entertainment. The house is large enough for a group to gather or spread out as well. Our groups enjoyed it very much. I would have given 5 star except for a few things. They house did not come with a blow dryer or iron/ironing board which was inconvenient for us as we were flying in for a wedding with wrinkled clothing and now at a no way to blow dry

Beautiful Cabin/Peaceful Setting

We took our daughters’ family for a short getaway. The cabin was extremely clean and beautifully decorated with natural artwork. The kids loved the air hockey and we all enjoyed the fire pit. The cabin was very private in a quiet wooded setting. We’d definitely stay there again.

Holiday weekend

Family vacation over the Fourth of July weekend and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The cabin is clean and beautifully decorated. Having the air hockey game in the basement was a real hit for my grandsons. The cabin is not in the heart of Hocking Hills but that is what I really enjoyed about it. Close enough to hiking trails but far enough away for privacy.

Very Peaceful Cabin

We have stayed in 12+ cabins in the area. This one is by far the most peaceful in the way of no sounds of cars driving by. The cabin was well equipped, clean and overall a really nice stay for us to unplug.

A fabulous stay in the woods

The cabin was amazing. So clean, and bright, and cozy. It was totally secluded, quiet, and peaceful, but only 10 minutes to town. We absolutely loved it.

Alternative to our cancelled "due to Covid" vacation

Beautiful home! Plenty of room for 2 small families. Far enough from town that you feel alone and without all the traffic but close enough if you need to go. Not far from caves and Lake Logan. Most looked forward to the hot tub and it did not disappoint!! Only thing to note, we wish the tall dressers were anchored to the walls, we about had one fall on our 6 yr old while putting clothes away, but thankfully we were paying attention. Otherwise we had no issues and would 100% rent this cabin again and would recommend Trickle Creek!!

Relaxing

Renting was easy. The overall stay was relaxing. The main shower was broke but there were 2 and management offered to send out a plumber. There is a phone for use but that is not stated anywhere. For this I gave a 3 star rating because we did have a minor medical problem and due to little to no cell service we were struggling to reach a doctor and almost had to make a hospital run. Again because of the safety issue of not knowing there was a phone available I gave 3 stars, other wise it would have been 5. Safety is big to me!

Wonderful and relaxing!

We visited Christine's Chalet for a short 4day stay. Couldn't have picked a better place! Rustic and cozy on the inside, but we spent most of our time in the hot tub on the porch. Bonding with our teens over a few games of air hockey was priceless!!
