This house for 9 people, offering a vacation atmosphere, will be the ideal place for your stay in Loctudy with family or friends! The beaches are nearby (5 minutes away on foot) for swimming, walking and fishing sessions on foot. If you also want to enjoy the house, it has everything for you to relax: you will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace, the sauna and the heated pool will allow you a relaxing moment, you can challenge yourself around the ping pong table or table football, and the enclosed garden with trees will allow you to sunbathe. Then, in the evening, you will love to prepare and enjoy good grilled meats.



In winter, the house remains just as welcoming! The heated pool is available all year round, allowing you to enjoy the pleasures of swimming even in cold weather. After a relaxing session in the sauna, warm up in the lounge with a nice fireplace. The insert communicating between the living room and the dining room will make your evenings even more convivial and pleasant, perfect for moments with family or friends.



Inside, the long living room offers you a living room where you can meet to chat or take a TV break. Then, the dining room is ideal for family reunions. Living room and dining room have an insert that communicates between the two rooms, allowing you to enjoy these moments of sharing accompanied by a fireplace. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped. Loved it, was perfect for what we wanted to do. Swimming pool was great for the kids and we had so much space. Short walk to the beach with a great little creperie around the corner. Claire the concierge was lovely and very helpful
