"If you like older, historic, this is perfect. If you like new with restaurant/bar, this is not for you. Convenient to Sanford Airport and several restaurants. Neighborhood seemed nice and safe. Good for walking. Place large with kitchen, family room, bedroom and back room. I would stay again."

"There was no hot water for the whole weekend, their excuse was they couldn’t get a plumber until Monday. No help they didn’t even care. I’m usually a pretty fair grader on hotels, but their attitude in the morning was if I would like to talk to the plumber, the manager wouldn’t show up because of all the people that didn’t have hot water to shower"

"We stayed one night and enjoyed this hotel. The lady who checked us in (8/7/26) was very sweet and helpful. Only complaint is I could not get her to speak up, even after telling her I was severely hearing impaired, even with my devices. That was frustrating. She was running around cleaning the floors and keeping everything neat, in-between check-ins (we sat downstairs to play cards). Our room was clean, shower was nice and beds were very comfy.
