A bright and spacious vacation apartment in the heart of the Stromberg wine-growing and hiking region. The apartment is equipped for cooking, but there are also numerous culinary highlights to discover in town. Its ideal location, with easy access to both Stuttgart and the surrounding towns of Besigheim, Bietigheim, and Heilbronn, makes it a great starting point for many day trips. For families, the Tripsdrill Adventure Park, with its adjacent zoo, offers a truly special experience.

Thanks to its quiet location on the outskirts of town, you’re just a few steps away from nature. Nevertheless, the towns of Sachsenheim and Besigheim are only a few minutes’ drive away. The town center of Löchgau features a lovely pedestrian zone perfect for strolling. Shops for daily necessities are within walking distance. The Stromberg Valley is perfect for hiking. There are numerous wineries in the area.

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building (no elevator). Access is via the shared stairwell. The apartment is available for your exclusive use. The hosts do not live in the building, so we ask that you respect the privacy of the other residents and refrain from ringing their doorbells if you have any questions. You’ll find our contact information on the welcome sign next to the coat rack in the entryway.

KITCHEN
The apartment is equipped with a built-in kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker) and cookware (pots and pans, baking dishes). Dishes, silverware, cups, and glasses are also provided. The dining area directly across from the kitchen is perfect for enjoying meals together. The table can be extended further if needed, in case you’d like to do one of the large puzzles you’ll find among the books.

LIVING AREA
Since there’s a cozy sleeper sofa in the living area, the accommodations are also suitable for four people or families with two children. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a selection of movies, a reading lamp, and a selection of books invite you to pass the time. You can also relax in the comfortable reading chair or enjoy the view out the window over the town, where you can see beautiful sunsets.

BEDROOM
The cozy double bed is perfect for resting after a busy day full of new experiences. The large closet offers plenty of space for your belongings, as does the dresser. You’ll also find a travel crib for toddlers here. A second travel crib for toddlers can be provided upon request.

WIFI
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment; the login credentials can be found next to the coat rack.

BATHROOM
In the bathroom, you can choose between a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath. Fresh towels and a hair dryer are provided.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire vacation rental is available for your exclusive use. The other areas belong to the building’s residents.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The key is located in the key box next to the garages. You will receive the code after booking. Please return the key to the key box upon departure.
