The apartment is on the 7th and top floor of the Vivian Residence with an exceptional location. In addition to the fact that it enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore up to the entire Magadino plain.

A modern architecture with spacious, bright and comfortable apartments that make it unique in this area.
Residence built with high quality and natural materials such as marble and granite.

The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a closet inside the apartment with a washing machine.
TV, Wi-Fi and a parking space in the Garage is included.

It is located a few minutes walk from the best centers and major attractions of the place.
For example: the Old Town, hospital, port, Casinò Grande, Lido di Locarno, tennis, golf, restaurants, markets and supermarkets, Cardada and Madonna del Sasso, woods, cycle paths, beaches,….
It is a few minutes drive from Ascona.
SBB Railways can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

The apartment is directly on the lake and in a central position. If you want to go to Ascona / Losone / Tenero it is also well reachable by bus, the stop is only 2 minutes away on foot.
The best way to get around in Locarno is by walking as everything can be reached in a few minutes.

Sparkling clean and spacious flat with magnificent views of Lake Locarno! It is centrally located and just a few minutes walk to everything in townPictures don’t show the second balcony which is also beautiful off both bedrooms.

Difficile d’évaluer le « Little Dream Penthouse 705A », car nous avons dû séjourner dans un autre appartement : une réparation urgente ou une rénovation (nous n’avons pas bien compris), non annoncée, était visiblement nécessaire à l’appartement 705A. Passé ce désagrément (un aménagement de lits a dû être fait dans l’appartement qui nous a été attribué), nous avons pu profiter d’un appartement situé 1 étage + bas, le 601A, mais qui nous parfaitement convenu : grand, spacieux, confortable, super frais malgré la canicule, lumineux, propre, fonctionnel, idéalement situé dans Locarno et, cerise sur le gâteau, avec une incroyable et magnifique vue sur le lac ! La route au pied de l’immeuble est très fréquentée en journée, mais les fenêtres de l’appartement isolent très bien du bruit de la circulation. Nous reviendrons dans la Résidence Vivian avec grand plaisir, en espérant pouvoir, cette fois-ci, séjourner dans l’appartement « Little Dream Penthouse 705A » !

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the views could not be beat. It was very close to an Aldi store where we bought food and cooked at home mostly. The only negative about this apartment was the street noise from below from motorcycles and trucks. it was very quiet at night. The apartment is directly across the street from the lake so obviously there is a road next to the lake so you have a trade-off of traffic or views.

Wonderful stay - beautiful views and comfortable common areas

The penthouse apartment was fabulous, as advertised. The balconies were spacious and had stunning views. The open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and living room worked well for us. When you are in the bedrooms w/ doors closed, you can't hear the common areas. The kitchen especially had everything we needed. There is an Aldi market an easy walk- flat couple blocks away, to stock up the fridge. The 'triple' room seemed to have XL twin beds, which was appreciated by our taller family. (A few extra pillows would have been nice). The washer & dryer were efficient and nice to have. Clear instructions and friendly check- in / -out process. Highly recommend!

Beautiful modern condo in a wonderful city.

We were two couples and loved that it has two bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Grocery stores are close as well as the Grand Piazza. We were lucky to be there for the outdoor music festival called Moon and Stars. Great food, and people. Not alot of English speaking people, but our phone translator worked great. We fell in love with Locarno and this condo.

Amazing Terrasse and breathtaking view

The apartment is perfectly located and offers a breathtaking view of the lake and a weather safe terrace that can be used in all weather conditions. The apartment is spacious and furnished with everything you need. Great property - would be a pleasure to be back!

Wonderful view on Lago Maggiore

Me and my family loved the place and, in particular, we enjoyed the wonderful view of the lake from the apartment. The place is furnished with style and there is everything to make your stay comfortable. The only thing we were not very satisfied with it's the communication with the property manager, which has been not always quick and clear enough from their side, both before and during the stay.
