Inside, the holiday rental accommodates up to 3 guests and features a mountain-view sleeping area, a lunch area as well as a well-equipped kitchen-diner to round up a carefree vacation with loved ones! Essential kitchen appliances include a microwave, oven, fridge with freezer and induction hob.

For ease of access, the residence building has a lift.

Upon arrival, you\'ll find a complimentary welcome kit that includes one bath towel and one face towel per person, a shower kit, two rolls of toilet paper, a kitchen kit with dish soap and a sponge, and a 35-litre garbage bag provided by the municipality.
As this is a self-catering accommodation, these items are provided in case you forget anything and are kindly provided. Any other products you may need during your stay can be purchased at nearby supermarkets.


Location

The holiday apartment is nestled close to the centre of Locarno, from where you can explore everything on foot. Just a few steps away, you will find several restaurants, the Locarno Casino and a supermarket. A 5-minutes walk from the apartment will take you to Locarno’s Lungalago with a lakeside promenade for romantic evening strolls, Piazza Grande with its vibrant shops, restaurants and gelaterias, the beautiful Fontana Pedrazzini and even the funicular to the historic Madonna del Sasso.

For an active vacation, the Lido di Locarno, a golf course and the famous Locarno Falconry are a 15-20 minutes walk away. Meanwhile, for those who want to enjoy picnics and relax on summer afternoons by the lake, Giardini Jean Arp is 10-minutes on foot from here. Art enthusiasts will find Locarno’s Art Museum at about the same distance.

For convenient day trips, the capital of Ticino, Bellinzona with its iconic castles, as well as, Lugano are a 40- 50 minutes drive away. The nearest airport is Lugano Airport and the closest international airport is Milan Malpensa, about a 1-hour and 45-minute drive from this vacation rental in Locarno.
