"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. There is a lot of noise from the river which is slightly lessoned by shutting the windows, but i found it soothing and its easy to tune out.
