The Villa is entirely for guests

Joan and I, Mercedes, will welcome you personally. We like to greet our clients on their first day so that they get to know us from the start and we can answer any questions they may have. Our aim is for our clients to enjoy a holiday where they can discover the real Mallorca and feel at home.

Finca Llampí is located in Maria de la Salut, in the heart of Mallorca. This location offers an authentic experience of Mallorcan rural life, characterised by its tranquillity and natural beauty. Maria de la Salut is a small town that retains its traditional charm, with narrow streets and stone buildings.

The area is ideal for those looking to disconnect from the tourist hustle and bustle and immerse themselves in a more serene environment. In addition, its central location facilitates access to various parts of the island, allowing you to explore both the beaches of the north and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana.​

Nearby, you can find local markets where you can buy fresh and artisanal products, reflecting the region`s rich gastronomic culture. Likewise, the proximity to other picturesque villages offers the opportunity to discover the authentic Mallorca, far from the busiest areas.

The Llampí Estate is located in a rural area of Maria de la Salut, in the heart of Mallorca. Due to its secluded location, access to the estate and mobility in the area necessarily require the use of a private vehicle.


To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will provide you with the exact location of the nearest entrance from the road a few days before your stay.

Once you have reached this point, we will send you a very brief and visual explanatory video. In it, we will show you the dirt road you should follow. At the beginning of the dirt road, you will see a sign marked in red (it is in the description of the video). This unpaved road is approximately 500 metres long and will take you directly to our estate. We recommend driving with caution during this stretch.

At the end of this quiet road, you will find the peace and charm of Finca Llampí. We look forward to welcoming you!

Although there are public transport options in Maria de la Salut, such as the 441 bus line that connects the town with nearby towns such as Sineu and Ariany, the frequency and coverage of these routes are limited. For example, the ‘Maria de la Salut 1 (35002)’ stop is located in the centre of the village, about 3 kilometres from the estate, which means a considerable walk from the stop to the property.

In addition, public transport connections to other areas of the island, such as Palma de Mallorca, can require multiple transfers and long travel times.

Therefore, to guarantee a comfortable stay and the possibility of fully exploring the attractions of Mallorca, it is essential to have a car. This will allow you to easily access the property, travel to local services and discover the various beaches, villages and landscapes that the island has to offer.
