"We love this hotel. We try to stay here whenever we need to stay in Amarillo on our way to Colorado. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were quite good. We were surprised that we needed to wait in the lobby when we arrived at 2:15 pm on Sunday afternoon. We know that check-in time is 3 pm, but usually the staff is amenable to allow us to check in 30 minutes early or so. "

"I didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap "

"The hotel is very convenient to the highway. It's quiet and there's sufficient parking. They served a good breakfast. We've stayed there twice with out small dog. We'd recommend it and the price was right!"
