"Clean and nice staff, decent size rooms, everything you need. Nice size pool, decent sauna and steam room. Negatives are that it is quite dated, although it is quite well kept. "The staff were very welcoming. Our room had been excellently prepared, was clean and well equipped, also the bathroom and the air-con worked well. We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that. The only slight downside was the window which didn’t shut properly, the woodwork needing some attention ..."

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect.
