"Simple self check in into a narrow hall way leading up some stairs to get to the rooms. This area was will lit and secure. The room itself was well equipped with fridge/freezer microwave kettle etc and fresh milk and bottled water was left in the fridge. Two wall mounted TV's with working remotes and cutlery and pots etc all available. Comfy bed with towels provided for the lovely bathroom with walk in shower. All in all everything you need for a short stay away."

"Everything was very good as always. Went for a second visit to Have the fillet steak to check the new oven wasn't a fluke from the previous week but it was just as good. Christian said we have swordfish as a new dish so had that for lunch that was amazing too. Didn't find out my Mum was there with friends and she also had the swordfish lol in the main restaurant as i was in the bar lol.Breakfast was also as good as always, Thanks Gill. Till next time as only 25 mins down the road.."

"Dafydd is an excellent host and we had a lovely stay in "Llyrlys" comprising cozy bedroom with upstairs ensuite. Underfloor heating was great (there in November!) and the breakfasts delicious, with Dafydd also providing great conversation. Location is great for exploring the western end of the Gower. "When we arrived there was a rugby match being shown in the lounge area on the televisions. There was a very noisy crowd which made it difficult to hear the reception staff. The bedroom was on the second floor above the noisy lounge and when the rugby finished a very loud live band started playing which we could hear in our room. "What a lovely place to stay, we stayed for one night and I wish it could have been longer! The room was incredibly spacious and so was the bathroom, the location was perfect and communication from the owners was brilliant. They were especially helpful when I called with a question. Although there’s no parking on site, we found a parking spot just down the road so no issue at all. I’d certainly recommend staying here! "

"We had a function in Margam Park and the Barn was an ideal venue to stay overnight. The bedroom was really cosy with a large bed and the breakfast was a continental with lots of choice. We met the owner who was a helpful and friendly host. We will definitely stay again."

"We were welcomed and showed where to park. Went in and the lady welcomed us and showed us around and then took us up to our room.. A beautiful place all round. Spacious, clean and well lit room with tea making facilities (which we appreciate so much). Comfortable bed, nice shower and very yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to the area. The couple are very nice people."

"Tuve una muy grata estadía. El lugar es tal como se describe. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas con una vista muy linda hacia la playa. Además hay una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco además la amabilidad y simpatía del encargado, que estuvo siempre muy atento a cualquier necesidad. El único detalle es que en la noche es muy ruidoso ya que pasa una carretera con mucho flujo vehicular y eso afecta un poco el descanso, pero el resto, todo bien."
