"11pm late check in staff left a key in a safe which was great but when we got to the room the door was actually ajar which is worrying when the rooms are accessed from outside and the car park is a car charging area with random people turning up all night. On the face of it clean and modern but very quickly you ca see the neglect. Bathroom very mouldy, broken internal window pane with sharp glass uncovered. Cleaning staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Only minor criticism was cooked breakfast was served whilst I was eating first course which meant I had to eat quickly or risk food being cold. That said, food was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely stay in Y Capel. Check in really easy and parking onsite was fine. Room was absolutely lovely with a really comfy king bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was in the Erskine Arms and was really tasty. A fair few options on the hot menu and a choice of fruit, yogurts and cereal. We also ate in the pub in the evening and was a really nice meal. One thing to note.... The church next door has a bell that chimes every 15 minutes as well as on the hour, all through the night. Our room...
