Home Sweet Home is spacious, bright and cosy with so many stylish details. Designer's apartment is comfortable for families, charming for romantic couples and convenient for business travelers. Located in green and peaceful district walking distance to heart of Ljubljana city centre.



Two sofas, chairs, television and fireplace from early 19th Century provide all you need to relax.
Functional kitchen is part of living room to keep your stay social. It is fully equipped for all you needs with stove, dishwasher, oven and other kitchen appliances. Dining table is very comfortable and easily guests 6 people.
Master bedroom hosts king size bed and is connected with bathroom and walk in closet.
Bedroom has queen size bed with wardrobe and is connected with bathroom and walk in closet.
Main bathroom with the bath is separated from other where are toilet, bidet and sink. Washing machine and clothes dryer are also there to use.

For more comfort bed linen, towels, kitchen essentials, hairdryer, iron, soap, shampoo and lotion are supplied.

Get connected with high-speed WiFi, led TV with IPTV with lots of programmes.

Stay in safe district and building with private parking .

Bus station is just 50 m away and bikes for rent are nearby as well.

Everything needed to arrange your stay is just few steps away; supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, nice cafes, restaurants and market with organic products.

Very clean, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, conveniently located for walking to where we wanted to go, grocery store very close, safe neighborhood, host responsive. We found it easier to use the physical keys as our phones weren't always working.

Apartment is exactly as it looks in photos - luxury, beautiful interior, and great amenities. The apartment is in a perfect location with a large supermarket at the end of the block for more than just the basics. 15 minutes walk from the train and bus station, and 25 minutes walk from the center of Ljubljana.Our host was excellent and very communicative, the check-in process was very easy, and it's done with a smartphone app.

Richtig schöne und weitläufige und helle Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, waren aber im gesamten Zeitraum belegt. War aber kein Problem, denn in den Straßen um die Wohnung gab es ausreichend (kostenpflichtige) Parkplätze.Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen!

Wonderful apartment, good location

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in a nice location. It’s an easy 25 minute walk to the city center, a convenient grocery store 150 meters away, with free parking. Easy, electronic check in.

Spring in Slovenia

The apartment was well located with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We arrived late and found a fast food stand a few blocks away that served excellent food. An atm is also close by. We easily walked into old town and didn’t move the car for our entire stay. The apartment had everything we needed for preparing a meal. Eva was very responsive and the welcome book is very well done with recommendations.

Perfect apartment for our stay in Ljubljana

Just as pictured, a designer’s apartment with a good common area for a family. Comfortable beds, shower/bath/closet between the two bedrooms with a separate toilet. About 15-20 minutes walk into the heart of the old town. Owner was very accessible, and checkin was easy through the app info provided. A very pleasant stay.

Stylish flat and friendly host

The flat was very stylish, clean and warm in the cold weather. Eva was very friendly and helpful. City center is about 15 minutes away by foot. Would definitely recommend or come back.

Heerlijk appartement op loopafstand van het centrum. Fijne bedden en prettige sfeervol ingerichte ruimtes. Er is geen koffie apparaat verder ontbrak het ons aan niets! ljubljana zelf was een aangename verassing. Mooi centrum waar veel te zien en te doen is!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage zur Altstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe Supermärkte, Bushalte und Ausleihstation für Fahrräder. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nun teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, das ist aber nur Kosmetik. Sehr kleines Bad mit unpraktischer Dusche in Badewanne. Leider gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine oder ähnliches. Der kostenlose Parkplatz befindet sich hinter dem Haus und je nachdem, ob man Glück hat, ist ein Platz frei-oder nicht! Die Austattung der Küche ist etwas dürftig, so sind nur insgesamt Gabeln, Messer, Löffel, Teller für einmalig 5 Personen vorhanden, bei einer 4 Personen Einheit sehr wenig.

Lovely flat

This is a very nice apartment, beautifully appointed, free parking, 15 minute walk to the old town. Eva is a very responsive and helpful host. Grocery store on the corner and a cafe nearby, though I would recommend buying what you need at the farmers market. The only issue for us was the bathroom arrangement- it isn't really 2 bathrooms - there is a sink and bathtub shower off the main bedroom and a sink & toilet in the hall. We are 4 women who are close friends so we could figure out a good flow of usage but it’s helpful to know this in advance. We had assumed the bathroom connected to the bedroom would have a toilet. Once we adjusted it didn’t really detract from our stay.

Fantastic catch up in Ljubljana!

Stayed in this fantastic apartment for 3nights - perfect for two couples with the two double rooms. Great location with excellent access to bikes to get around and Lidl just over the road for supplies! The accommodation is great - exactly like the pictures, and with everything you need for your stay. Excellent communication from owner - before & during our stay Highly recommend Thank you :)

Lovely place, helpful owner - needs better A/C!

I would 100% recommend Eva’s place. She was a fantastic host and the space is beautiful. It’s about a 25 minute walk in to the centre of Ljubljana, which is a fantastic city to visit. Our only challenge was the fact that there is just one A/C unit in the apartment - and it is ineffective. We slept with bedroom doors open and no blankets, but none of us could get cool. In fairness, it was the height of summer - but some fans and/oe A/C to help air circulation would go a long way!

Loved our Ljubljana holiday

It was exactly what we expected and was a very comfortable stay. It was a little difficult to initially get into the apartment using a digital app as my phone was not working, but my friend's phone was working and we were able to contact the host--very happy she answered her phone late at night! The property is tastfully decorated, comfortable, clean, and quiet. We felt very much at home.

Perfect stay

The property exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect base for exploring the city and and the surrounding areas. The apartment was clean, bright and spacious, located in a quiet neighbourhood and with all the facilities we needed. Eva was a fantastic host and provided lots of information on our arrival, and all communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. We hope to return to Ljubljana again soon and this would be our first choice for where to stay. Thanks Eva.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment 20 mns walk or a 5 mn busride away from the centre of Ljubljana. Grocery store nearby. Well equipped kitchen. Good centre for day trips in Slovenia. Piran, Julian Alps and Lake Bled are within easy reach by car for example.

Great place to stay to visit Ljubljana!

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located with a 15 minute walk to the city center. There was a grocery store just a block away. Eva was a wonderful host and I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic apartment, just a short walk from the station in a quiet location. The place is fitted out to a high standard and the host communicated everything really clearly so the whole process was smooth. If you’re thinking of visiting the city you can do no better than this apartment!

pas entretenu

Chaudière en panne car pas d'entretien, résolu le lendemain car chauffagiste est venu. Télécommande casse et piles plates. Vaisselle ébréchée et incomplète. Tiroir lave-vaisselle cassé. Jupe de la baignoire totalement décollée. Pas de pommeau douche en hauteur mais bien à 60 cm du sol. Pas de tire-bouchon, pas de fusil (aiguiseur), pas de lèche-plat, pas de plat pour le four. Frigo qui coule. Pas de programme en Français sauf ANTENNE 2, ni CANAL +, ni NETFLIX ou autres, à ce prix... Bref, nous nous sommes faits avoir et terminé avec ABRITEL qui ferait mieux de se rendre sur site avant location.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einer tolle Stadt

Wunderschöne Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin Eva war gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Man ist zur Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten in der City. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber.
