Also on this level, 1 bedroom is furnished with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, equipped with air conditioning and offering its own exit to the terrace. A fully open kitchen serves the living area and is outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom features a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower room with WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace. 2 further bedrooms are each furnished with a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both equipped with air conditioning and terrace access. A fifth bedroom on this level offers a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and its own exit to the terrace, with a shower room with WC serving this area of the floor.
