IstraKamen - Pool, Jacuzzi, Basketball & Volleyball

Villa Istra Kamen offers a luxurious vacation with numerous facilities to its guests.

You can book the whole villa (7 bedrooms, 14+4 people), or only half of the house (4 bedrooms, 8+2 people). In both cases, you can use all of the listed facilities, excluding the upper floor of the house if it's booked for 8+2 people.



This 7-bedroom villa is suitable for 14 adults + 4 children.



Guests have access to a private outdoor swimming pool 57,75 m2 with jacuzzi (6 m2), along to a smaller pool for children.

Big terrace with dining area offers a professional outdoor kitchen, TV and an outdoor toilet. This villa is a perfect choice for families, as it offers numerous amenities for all age groups. Children's playground (slide, swings) is accross the pool, alongside a private basketball and volleyball court, table tennis and trampoline. Free private parking for 5 cars is available.

Outdoor area and parking are under video survailance for the safety purposes.



One story house offers a game room with billiards, darts and PS4 console, next to a room with a jacuzzi and a sauna.

Six bedrooms and five bathrooms are located in the main bulding, while a separated apartment has one more bedroom and bathroom, as well as a baby cot. Every bedroom and living room is air conditioned.



Pool heating is possible with an additional charge of 300 EUR per week, or 250€ for 5 days. If you would like to use pool heating, please, give us a further notice.

The damage deposit is required upon check in. It is paid in cash and the amount varies depending on the reseervation details and lenght:

- 1000 EUR for 6 and more days;

- 700 EUR for 5-day reservation;

-Youth groups can be allowed upon request and they pay a deposit of EUR 150 per person, regardless of the reservation lenght.

The deposit will be returned on the check out, provided that everything is in order.

Villa Istra Kamen is located in Valtura, a smaller place close to Pula.

Pula is an ancient city, most known for its Amphitheater. Many ancient Roman monuments can be found in the city center, including Triumphal Arch of Sergius and Temple of Augustus.

Pula is also known for its beautiful beaches, gulfs, capes and surrounding islands with untouched nature.



Since Pula is an antic Roman city, there are many monuments, museums, exhibitions and galleries to explore during your stay in this wonderful place. You can experience Roman ages by watching Spectacvla Antiqva – a show that is being held every few days in the Roman Amphitheatre.

For water sports lovers, you can try fishing, sailing or diving activities. Windsurfing course is being held in Premantura (12 km away) next to a breathtaking Cape Kamenjak.
