The house is suitable for people with disabilities as the entire ground floor has no stairs. The pool is only 2 metres from the bed of the lower room.





The heated pool is a special attraction with overflow on three sides, while on one side there is a massive glass rock through which you can see water and swimmers like in an aquarium. It features the latest water quality treatment technology and an enhanced therapeutic effect as chlorine is naturally extracted from salt by electrolysis.



You can relax in the shade on the large covered terraces. The property is fenced on all sides.



The surrounding area offers a good selection of holiday activities: Walk into the city centre or visit nearby Pula, the centre of Istria. Discover the beautiful pebble beaches, go fishing or take the children on a tour of the nearby playground. One of the main attractions in Pula is the old amphitheatre, which you should definitely visit. The Temple of Augustus and not forgetting the many cafés and restaurants are also worth a visit.
