We enjoyed our stay very much. Don't let the front porch deceive you!! The interior is very well appointed and maintained. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and listening to all the birds. We also loved the fire pit in the yard. This is a great little place, tucked away with all the amenities and so much good nature all around. Thanks.

This is by far, the best equipped place we've had the pleasure to stay in. Everything you ever needed (or forgot) was available! Alina is a warm, responsive host, who answered all the questions I had regarding check-in quickly. We weren't able to enjoy the property/fire pit because of the rainy weather, but we will the next time!

We rented the house for 2 days mid-week. It's spotless, the beds and bedding were new, clean and comfortable. We had a great time. We didn't do much cooking (just breakfast) but the kitchen a had everything you need. Wanted to use the fire pit but weren't sure if any burn bans were in place so we held off.

Terrific little cottage. When we first pulled up it was a little scary because we didn’t realize they were in the process of re-siding. Once we went inside all was perfect. Everything you could need, lovely, clean and stylish. Very well located. Stream is beautiful. Host was terrific.

The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and inviting. It is obvious that the cabin is undergoing some updating and remodeling which did not interfere with our stay or our comfort at all. When finished it will be a very charming cabin. Enjoyed our stay and the area. Thank you!

This was a convenient place to stay. The grounds were well kept. The common space was cramped but the bedrooms were spacious. If anyone in your party has issues with stairs, this may not be the place for you. The stairs were steep and lacking handrails all the way up. Nothing to hold onto. It was a nice touch that the host left a bottle of champagne.

Beautiful, Peaceful Getaway

The perfect peaceful, private getaway while still being only 10-15 minutes outside of two towns with plenty of restaurants and activities for those who like to get out and about. It was clean and very comfortable. Everything is extremely well stocked; games, movies, kitchen items, the owners really went above and beyond! A great place to beat the heat and take a break.

This trip made an incredible memory in such a wonderful home! Four bedrooms (with cool color changing lights), a beautiful sound of a river in the backyard, spacious kitchen, and great fireplace! The location is in heart of Catskill allowing my party to have easy 30 minute drive to go snow tubing to Vila Roma and plentiful great upstate hikes and sights! Seeeing snow fall as ball dropped into the new year was wonderful and recommend this whether a trip with family or good friends!

All the rooms were made up nicely when we arrived. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. The living room was super comfy with two couches and a dining area. Nice front porch with chairs and a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs. Took my son and his friends for a fall foliage motorcycle weekend and it was the perfect home base for us
