  • One acre lake front property on Indian Hills Peninsula. Perfect location and amenities for Family Reunions, Ladies Weekend, or Guys Fishing retreat. Smores at the lakeside firepit, star gazing from the roof of the boathouse, and fishing (catfish, bass, gar) from the illuminated boathouse. Kids will enjoy endless hours of swinging from the rope swing and swimming off the dock. Home is equipped with high speed internet and bluetooth speaker down at the dock.

    Guests also have access to an air conditioned treehouse, paddleboards, kayaks, detached game room equipped with beer fridge and pool table, water mat down at the dock, and uncovered side slip for personal boats/PWC.

    Interested in fishing this Fall and Spring ? Blake (pictured in our fish pictures) is available to provide tips and tricks to catch just about anything off our dock ! You can pay him directly for his services and time - he knows everything about the lake :)

    Upon confirmed booking, owner will provide additional details about the property, local attractions, and information about boat/PWC rentals. Our guests will also receive a 10% discount from LakeLife Rental company which is located less than a mile from our home.

Our family had a wonderful time! There was something for everyone. I don't know which the grandchildren enjoyed more, the treehouse or the rope swing. Tracy was a wonderful host and responded quickly to questions we had.

Wow our family had such a great time here ! So much to do for everyone. Great little neighborhood. Awesome deck and comfortable house. Tracey is a wonderful host and was very quick to solve a small problem. To have use of the golf cart is amazing. We drove it up to the brewery at front of the neighborhood and had a beer. Awesome time and we will be back next year

We truly enjoyed our time here! Tracy is an amazing host and made everything so welcoming. The house has the perfect cozy cabin feel with beautiful scenery on Lake Livingston. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and has absolutely EVERYTHING you need for the perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful stay here again this year! The hosts have made even more upgrades to the property from last year and everyone that stayed for our little family get-together fell in love with the property. Matter of fact they are picking dates already for next year. We had a minor issue while we were there and even though we were perfectly happy with it being fixed the next day - the Hosts were determined to get it resolved the same day! The home is very roomy, extremely comfortable and very well maintained. We especially love the pier and access to the water right at the bulkhead. The game room in the garage is an added plus. You won't regret a stay here!

Year two in the books!! This house accommodates 4 generations of family and has everything we need for an extraordinary vacation. The memories we make as a family are something we will treasure for a lifetime. The house is clean and has everything you could possibly need. The boat house is so much fun. From jumping off the pier, swinging into the water or floating on the lily pad you have everything you need to have the best days on the water. The host is very responsive to all of our questions. We will return again next year and cannot wait!

Home away from home

This place was amazing! We got our family together for Christmas here and there were so many places to enjoy it never felt like we were on top of each other. The owner so accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be coming back here for future family gatherings.

Fun lake getaway

We enjoyed our time here. Very comfortable for all. Plenty of room for large group hangout in the house and down at the boathouse.

Wonderful Stay

We were already planning another trip to this wonderful get-away while we were on our first night! Plenty of room and a beautiful location on the Lake. Even though it rained almost the whole time we still loved our stay!

This is truly the place you can literally just bring your clothes and swimsuits and enjoy. Traci has truly thought of everything and provides everything. And then some. Host is very personable and greeted us personally to give a tour to show us all the “extras” throughout the property. The brewery right up the street was a nice bonus for our grown kids which gave them a nice night out and a first for hubby and I as we babysat our first grandchild. Even our pup enjoyed the freedom to roam and wear herself out with the large lot. Kitchen well set up and stocked. All bathrooms had good water pressure with multiple going at the same time. Boathouse, tire swing and 2nd level jump off was a huge hit. Calm cove for floating. Never choppy. Can’t wait to go back and watch the cranes land next door. A

You Won't Regret Staying Here !

Fabulous property on the water, fantastic lake views, and great fishing straight from the massive dock. Tracy is simply the best host we have encountered in the years of renting properties.
