"it was ok to sleep just one night. Old but clean"

"Stayed the night while passing through. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to food."

"Awesome property in a perfect location. Still feels remote but easy drive to Livingston , north Yellowstone, Bozeman and much more. Very scenic property right on the river. Excellent restaurant at the property!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this small but comfortable apartment in the historic Graybow Hotel. Being at the center of downtown Livingston was very convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would love to see the bathroom upgraded - the sink has separate hot & cold faucets, which makes it challenging to use. Otherwise we highly recommend the space."

"We were in Livingston for a wedding. This suite had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was great with a short walk to dining and shopping options."

"Wonderful stay. Was great. I didn't anticipate neighbors or being on a road but was very nice and new!"

"Nice cabin-like tiny house with natural wood finishes throughout. Two heating/AC units made for comfortable conditions in cool & warm weather. Porch view of the surrounding mountains was nice. Close to Livingston for amenities and access to Crazy Mountains & Paradise Valley for hiking and gorgeous drives. We enjoyed a few hours at the Chico Hot Springs. Host replied quickly to questions and requests."

"Perfect little place to stay! Loved the views and the location. Close enough to town but still such a nice quiet environment. Everything was clean and perfect. Highly recommend!"

"Amazing place to stay"

"This is a great place for solo travelers or a couple, great spot with lots of open space and great mountain views. Communication was easy and responsive. Montana is having unusually hot temps this summer and upon our stay it was in the mid to upper 90s so the little mini split couldn’t keep up making it uncomfortable inside. Other than that our stay was very good."

"Great stay"
