"They are still doing some remodeling at the hotel. Wi-Fi was good and I had hot water, A/C, and clean room. No elevator so you need to be able to climb stairs (not all steps are same height).
Staff got up at 5am to help us get our rooms after very long travel from the USA. Right across from the police station so it’s safe. "

"The Staff made this two-week stay exceptional.
My wife and I tend to be "relational" toward other people we encounter, and encounters with the staff were satisfying in this regard. Not intrusive nor invasive, but genuinely supportive and engaginging, the Staff (plus the cleanliness and overall pleasantness of the facility itself) made our stay at Wash & Wills enjoyable."

"The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging."
