"Staff was really nice and helpful. It is located close to subway station. Room is spacious comparing to regular hotel room in Japanese but a little smaller for three people family with 3 large luggages. I really like room with kitchen style here so we could enjoy toast, chicken, seafood we got from grocery stores"

"Sehr sauber, super Onsen-Bereich, generell ruhig und schön gehalten. Waschmaschinen sind günstig Einzig das Personal ist etwas unflexibel. Wir kamen nach einer Nachtbusfahrt um 6:30 an und baten darum, uns kurz im public bath frisch machen zu dürfen. Das wurde uns verwehrt, mit der Begründung dass dies nur eingecheckte Gäste dürfen, und wir durften erst um 14 Uhr einchecken."

"Walking distance to Mita and shibakoen lines. Easy to get a taxi from front desk staff. Great smelling shampoo and body wash. Room spacious enough. 2 closets, lounge on 14 th floor. Comfy beds, white fluffy towels. Bedroom slippers and useful amenities provided: toothbrush, razor, brush and more. Tully's and few eateries on side/back of hotel."
