In the summer months, there are hiking and cycling routes on your doorstep. It is an ideal holiday option at any time of year.

This new apartment has been tastefully fitted out with contemporary furniture and wooden accents. It is full of light thanks to large windows and glass doors in every room. The open-plan living/dining area is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and chairs and a smart newly-fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and fridge/freezer.

A glass door leads directly out onto a private balcony where guests can admire their surroundings.

Bedroom 1: This attractive bedroom looks out onto the mountainside and has a private balcony. There are 2 single beds, which can be joined, and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Like the first bedroom, this room also has a balcony and is light and airy. There are 2 single beds which can be joined and a wardrobe.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms. Each is well-appointed with a shower, plus a basin, bidet and WC. There is also a Turkish steam room in one of the bathrooms, ideal for relaxing post a day in the mountains.

Location
The apartment is towards the southern edge of Livigno close to shops and a range of restaurants to suit all tastes. It is a peaceful spot but with great access to the ski slopes, where guests can ski in and out.

Visitors of all ages will find plenty of things to do in Livigno all year round. The resort has 2 great activity parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (5 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (6 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months, Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park (6 minutes)

Linate Airport, Milan is a 3-hour and 40-minute drive whilst, Malpensa Airport, Milan is a 3-hour, 50-minute drive from the apartment.
