The property is situated a 2-minute drive/10-minute walk from San Rocco, one of the two main villages that make up the wider Livigno area, close to the base of the Carosello 3000 gondola, one of Livigno’s main ski lift systems. The area has a charming alpine feel, with chalet-style buildings, small restaurants, cafés, ski shops and small supermarkets. There is a small supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a restaurant 7 minutes \' walk away.

Perfect for winter sports, Livigno is home to one of the best Snowboard parks in all of Europe, a great Ski school and a fantastic range of Ski runs; perfect for all ages and abilities.
