The apartment is decorated in a contemporary style, with every comfort considered, from something as practical as the boot room for wet ski-boots to the sleek, super modern kitchen. This extensive apartment has an elegant living room next to the open plan kitchen/dining area. The living room has a Smart TV and a stylish window seat by the large picture window that looks out onto the private balcony. The balcony is reached through double French windows in the dining area.

The immaculate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer. The wooden dining table seats 6 people in comfort.

Location
This chalet building is in a quiet, but central, part of Livigno. It is close to the ski shuttle bus stop. There is private parking outside the building, but a car is not essential for your stay.

Livigno has multiple activities all year round. The resort’s two activity parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, (5 min drive) a snowboarders’ paradise, and the Carosello 3000 park, (10 min drive) will ensure that people of all ages are never bored. Here you can find a wide variety of things to do both in winter and summer – children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park.

Livigno has much to offer in terms of apres-ski activities, including tax free shopping. For something more relaxing, the Aquagranda Wellness centre is close by (20 min walk).

Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 40-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 4-hour drive from the apartment.
