    Furnished to an impeccably high standard throughout. This Serviced Apartment In Liverpool City Centre is perfect for a stylish Liverpool stay! Free street Parking is located in the RopeWalks district of Liverpool, 3 minute walk from Concert Square (The home of Liverpool's bars and restaurant) less than 0.6 miles from Liverpool ONE and a 13-minute walk from Albert Dock. This property offers access to a balcony, and free WiFi. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen full of amenities with a washing machine and a full bathroom.

    The living room is spacious, with big windows and a lovely balcony. It also has a luxury comfy couch to relax on and watch TV on the large flatscreen TV (incl. Netflix and Freeview). There is also a table and chairs to have your breakfast/ dinner or to get some work done or enjoy some fresh air near the balcony doors. The modern kitchen, which is fully fitted with integrated appliances such as fridge, freezer, washing machine and oven (plus microwave, kettle and toaster) also benefits from all the crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans you will need. Positive: The apartment was in a perfect location to the city. Negatives: The host messaged the day after I paid in full demanding I cancel the booking or pay an additional £141 blaming Expedia for advertising it as a 2 night minimum stay instead of a 4 night minimum stay. There are two flights of stairs with no lift facilities. The front door looked as though there had been signs of a break-in near the lock. It looked as though the tenant had just moved out as there were all personal belongings left in bathroom/cupboards. The carpets were all worn/dirty/not hoovered. We chose to sleep on the sofas due to stained/unwashed mattress/bedding. The fridge/microwave was dirty. Inches of dirt/fluff on the bars on the stairs and under the stairs & at the back of sofas. The whole of the appartment was in need of redecorating with holes in the walls. Suitable for a stag party looking for somewhere to crash. Pay the extra for a nicer stay at The Premier Inn near the docks.
