Excellent Apartment in an excellent area.

Really great accommodation at a reasonable price. Apartment was decorated and equipped to a high standard. Dedicated parking space. Area fantastic, close to a big park and local amenities and about a 15 to 20 minutes walk from the beach. Very easy access by train and road to Liverpool and Southport. So much to do and see in this area and in Liverpool itself and near to Wales, the Pennines and the Lakes.

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at The Spire.. The apartment (The Chancel), Waterloo, Liverpool was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Everything had been thought of, and of excellent quality. The beds were so comfortable. The bedrooms spacious and again spotlessly clean. A unique apartment with fantastic architecture. A real talking point. Very secure, quiet and in a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this super place. Orange Rentals are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall a very positive experience. Will be happy to use them in the future.

Disappointing

The apartment was lovely and obviously fairly recently done. However, there was a distinct lack of welcome. No information about the area (things to see, places to eat, local transport etc), emergency phone numbers and how things worked. All would have been useful. It should have been a lovely experience but we felt like we were locked in a box with the skylights closing automatically but not reopening.
