Our stunning contemporary design-led Coach House comes with three luxurious bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. A unique stay in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, situated on a charming cobbled street close to Liverpool's famous Cathedral and Philharmonic Hall. A homely base for those looking to enjoy our wonderful city!

This is an ideal place for foodies and culture hounds who would like to explore the great variety of restaurants and pubs within Bold Street, Hope Street, or Duke Street

The Space:
Our family-friendly coach house boasts three bedrooms - two with a king-sized bed and another with two single beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests!

On the ground floor enjoy our cosy living and dining space with plenty of room to relax and plan your day exploring.

Get ready for your day, with the choice of two stunning luxury shower rooms, with fresh white towels provided. There is also an additional lavatory on the ground floor.

Perfect for home-cooked meals, our house features a built-in kitchen with all the essentials including a full fridge, freezer, oven, hob & dishwasher. The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware. Stroll next door to the handy local coffee shop and enjoy your cooked breakfast on the patio area, right outside the kitchen!

Have a chill day or night streaming on in demand apps like BBC iPlayer on smart TVs located in the living area and in the master bedrooms. All TV's also come with SamsungTV with countless options to keep you busy.

This comes with a garage parking ideal for one compact car. Please note this is not suitable for large vehicles.

**As this is a family property, we do not allow any loud noise or party groups of any kind in this property**

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire house for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
From here you can walk everywhere. It's within easy reach of both Ropewalks and Georgian Quarter so you can enjoy a variety of independent shops, coffee shops, and restaurants or the view of scenic buildings and original cobbled streets.

A few minutes walk away to Britain's biggest Cathedral - the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. If you're into food, take a short stroll to Hope Street which is home to some of Liverpool's top restaurants such as The Florist and The London Carriageworks.

Getting Around:
If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a minutes walk. Liverpool One bus stop is a short walk away as well as Liverpool Central Station.

The house is located within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, all the city’s food, culture, and entertainment treasures. There's great little cafe that opened up right next to the house! It's called Coffi and is absolutely gram worthy. You can walk everywhere to amazing restaurants, bars, including the Wild Loaf bakery for divine sourdough bread and donuts, and Cains Brewery village which is less than 20 minutes stroll from the house. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Hop on a bus (if you don't fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Docks or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - l1 Minimarket that is about 7 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

Parking garage dimensions: 2.3m height, 2.45m width, 5m length

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

This house is a family property, we do not accept any loud noise or party groups of any such in this property, additionally we are unable to host groups under 25 years of age. Outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

TOWELS & LINEN - We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) - We provide 1 bath towel per guest and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.

We have a wonderful mobile hairdresser who can attend the house, should any of your group want their hair doing. Please ask if this is something you require. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an early check-in as our cleaners have a long list of apartments which they have to clean and they have a busy schedule meaning they keep all keys until check in time at 3pm. We have had issues in the past where we have granted early check ins and the cleaners have been delayed meaning they couldn’t get in, which then creates a knock on effect for our other guests.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the property and any sign of smoking will incur a £100 charge.

Please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Please do not change the boiler settings under any circumstances, if you need any assistance with this please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to assist you!

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
