The three beautifully furnished bedrooms feature comfortable beds, ample storage space and are thoughtfully designed to create welcoming, cosy spaces that ensure a restful night sleep for all guests. Two bedrooms feature a luxurious king-size bed, while the remaining bedroom is configured with a delightful double bed. For larger groups, the living room sofa easily converts into a comfortable double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for two guests.



There is also a generously proportioned bathroom at the property, completed with a modern design and featuring contemporary fixtures and fittings, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests to refresh themselves throughout each stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to Flat B, 35 Catharine St.



We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock system, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.



This home is set within a residential area, so is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

The Neighborhood:

Just a short stroll away, you’ll find cultural landmarks such as The Philharmonic Hall and the Everyman Theatre. Hope Street, less than a 10-minute walk from your doorstep, boasts some of Liverpool’s most acclaimed restaurants.



Liverpool City Centre is only a quick bus ride away, where you can delve into the city’s rich history and culture. Visit the iconic Liverpool Waterfront, explore The Royal Albert Dock, or enjoy contemporary art at the Tate Liverpool. Beatles fans will love the attractions at Liverpool Central, including The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.



Take the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for stunning views of Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront. Make stops at Spaceport for an intergalactic adventure or the U-Boat Story for an incredible insight into a World War II submarine. With seven museums showcasing maritime history, art, and music, you’ll find endless opportunities to immerse yourself in this fascinating city.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.



The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.



Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.



If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
