Summary:
Bardsay Road is a two-storey mid-terrace house located just a stone's throw away from Goodison Park and Anfield Stadium, two iconic football stadiums in Liverpool. It boasts two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen/dining area, and one family bathroom, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. With Liverpool City Centre just within easy reach, this property is the ideal place to stay for nature enthusiasts, sports fans, and explorers alike.

The Space:
Spread across two floors, Bardsay Road is a hidden gem located in Anfield, just a stone's throw away from Anfield Stadium and a short distance from Liverpool City Centre.

On the ground floor, guests have access to the bathroom, the living room, and an open-plan dining and kitchen area.

Upon entry, you will be greeted by the living room, furnished with a sofa that converts into a double sofa bed. Well-lit and airy with large windows offering views of the neighbourhood, plus wooden flooring, and a smart TV, this is the perfect spot to unwind.

Next is the dining and kitchen area, boasting a spacious dining table with six dining chairs, providing ample space for everyone to enjoy a meal together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, toaster, and more. For added convenience, a washing machine is also provided.

The bathroom is sparkling clean with white interiors featuring a bath with an overhead shower, a WC, a washbasin, and a mirror.

Heading to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, each fitted with comfortable double beds and complemented by a green accent chair and wardrobe. These rooms are bright and airy, decorated with white interiors, and offer views of the street and neighbourhood.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to Bardsay Road is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets; however, this is on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available on busier days or during events in Liverpool.

The house is spread across two floors, with access to the upper floor only via stairs.

Other Things to Note:

The house is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the property’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.



Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The Neighborhood:
Bardsay Road is in a residential neighbourhood located in the north of Anfield, just minutes walk away from Goodison Park and within easy reach of the vibrant Liverpool City Centre! If you're a nature enthusiast, you are perfectly located with many park attractions just a short drive away! Everton Park has beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. St. John's Gardens is a calm place to relax away from the busy city. St. George's Hall, just adjacent to St. John's Gardens, is a stunning building that shows off Liverpool's history. All are close by and are worth visiting.

Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.

Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!

Getting Around:
Bardsay Road is within walking distance of the well-known Anfield Stadium, one of the largest football stadiums in England. You're also just a few minutes' drive from many of Everton's attractions. If you fancy venturing into the city centre, there are transport links nearby, with the nearest bus stop located at Bodmin Road.

Taxis are a comfortable choice, especially on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town - you can easily catch one outside Lime Street Station.

For those feeling adventurous, you can take advantage of one of the city's Electric Scooters to get around town!
