"Very helpful staff and property is well cared for, pool was closed"

"Continental breakfast very bad. Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am."

"There was some homeless or gypsy women hanging out in their parking garage all during the day and most of the night. It seems even 1 of them would come in to go swimming and use the laundry facilities."

"Great location with river views and close to the river walk, convention center, and Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum. . The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful with suggesting an excellent restaurant for dinner. Our room felt clean and looked fresh with high quality white bed linens. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast included. Great value. Highly recommend."

"I loved the large balcony overlooking the river. It’s basically why I went there. The staff members I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Parking was a breeze. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and well maintained. Nice outdoor eating/seating. I will definitely be back."

"My tv didn’t work. The room didn’t even have the right remote controls. They spent a few hours working on it. The staff said it was an ongoing problem. Why did Marriott pay big money for such high end tvs , when they could have spent $200 or less at Walmart for a Vizio that works. Very disappointed, as I need the tv for white noise. Therefore, I didn’t sleep. Not a happy customer. With that being said…the staff was amazing!"

"By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful."
