- Features a modest but comfortably furnished, well stocked, 3bd 2ba mobile home. Sleeps up to 8 guests with the use of 2 fold-up cots.

- This is a very gently sloping lot with easy access to the water for swimming, boating, or fishing.

- Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has 2x twin beds, and bedroom #3 has a queen bed. There are also twin-sized fold up cots in the closets of bedrooms #1 & #3.

- Full kitchen with dishwasher.

- In addition to bath towels and linens, beach towels provided, but it is suggested that you bring your own. Please do not use bath towels outside.

- The parking area has a LOT of space. We have had 4 trucks with trailers parked side by side with room for other vehicles in front of them. Parking can be very limited around the lake, but here'll you'll find ample room.

- The Pavilion is included with rental. It is a great place to have a picnic, stage your outdoor gear, or enjoy a screened-in view of the lake, day or night. Please do not leave wet towels/clothes on the wood furniture - instead, please use the towel rack inside the pavilion.

- The wood stove in the Pavilion has been professionally cleaned and serviced and is available for use.
The lot is shaped like a peninsula with ~400 feet of shoreline. You will have exclusive access to the whole lot including mobile home, pavilion, & dock.

We do not own the boat ramp immediately adjacent to the property, but you may use it to launch/retrieve your boat. *Note, some larger boats may be challenging to launch at this ramp.

Other things to note
- 8 minutes to Food Lion, ABC store, hardware store, and other shops and restaurants.

- NO Bridge to go under/through to access main lake. Just pilot your boat to the mouth of the cove (a few hundred yards) and Eaton's Ferry bridge will be visible to your right.
