Set over two floors and attached to the owners’ residence, the property combines homely charm with modern convenience, making it an inviting retreat for couples, families or friends. With thoughtful and welcoming atmosphere, it’s a wonderful base from which to explore the beauty of Sussex.

Lyminster is a charming village in West Sussex, nestled just outside the historic town of Arundel and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Being only a short drive from both the South Downs National Park and the West Sussex Coast, Lyminster makes an ideal base for exploring both, as well as nearby attractions such as Arundel Castle and the bustling seaside town of Littlehampton.

Access to the property is via a smartlock system, giving convenience to arrive whenever suits you. Instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to your stay.


The ground floor features a cosy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after a day of adventure. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms – one with a king-sized bed and the other with two singles – providing a restful night’s sleep for up to four guests. The cottage layout gives everyone room to unwind, while maintaining a warm and intimate feel.

Outside, you’re free to enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by the charm of the Sussex countryside. Whether you’re planning to explore the historic streets of nearby Arundel, wander the rolling trails of the South Downs, or take in the fresh sea air along the stunning coastline, you’ll have the perfect place to return to each evening.

Train: The closest station is Arundel with direct services from London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, and other locations. Once you arrive in Arundel, you will need to use local bus services or other modes of transportation to reach the property.

Bus: There are bus services connecting you to nearby towns and villages, the number 9 bus has stops along the road outside.

Car: If you have access to a car, you can drive to Lyminster and then use the free parking onsite.
