Poor cleaning/ac problems
Every time my family and I take a vaca we do a walk through and check to make sure there’s nothing dirty or bugs. When we arrived and did our walk through it looks like the place never had gotten cleaned once I reached out to management they said everything I sent pictures of were considered “deep cleaning” so a tub/shower being cleaned was considered a deep clean it was so dirty you can see black marks all over the tub, the shower door had soap scum all over it, the floor you can tell are never mopped that’s also considered a deep clean per them, my daughters feet were black just being there 30 minutes so I washed them and out socks on, fridge was dirty, door handles/door had dirt marks all over them, they will not refund you for the convenience of you having to spend your own money to buy cleaning products to clean the place, I spoke with other families that were staying there and they experienced the same exact thing, our ac stopped working half way through the week, maintenance eventually came, I don’t know if it’s the cleaning company that they work with but if they are not cleaning what is the purpose of people paying a cleaning fee to get a filthy place, it’s going to ruin the reputation of this place and me and my family have been coming to this complex for 3 years
