This was a lovely stay. It’s on the third floor of the condominium so you get your steps in but it’s very cutely decorated and very clean.

This was my second time staying at this unit. The host is amazing and very responsive. The unit was clean and everything was in working order! It’s absolutely worth the money!! I enjoyed it just as much the second time around.

It was on the 3rd floor steps only so for older people it was hard. Also they do not make their beds so if you come in late you still have a lot to do. Also the kitchen was not equipped very well.

Cozy Quiet Getaway

We had to make a short notice trip to the area for a funeral. The location is nice. Plenty of room and it is very quiet. Everything you need for a nice stay without all the noise and nonsense of other locations in the area! The owner is very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

My friends and I had a great time at the property. Extremely clean and modern furnishings. The whole process and stay was very smooth. I would definitely stay again. I do feel that I need to mention a couple of things. The unit is located on the third floor with stair access. This was not a problem for us, but it could be an issue for someone else. Also my friends son rode his motorcycle down for the stay, but unfortunately motorcycles are not allowed on the property. However, another tenant at the property stated that he could leave it in the parking lot next-door and it would not be bothered. This turned out to be true, and there were no issues.

Our stay at the condominium was satisfactory. Crews we're doing exterior construction and power washing all day. The window in the master bedroom was completely covered over. Would have liked to known about the construction prior to arriving.

This is not a beachfront condo. However, I didnt see anywhere that it was advertised as such. The condo was fabulous! Super comfy and clean. Great location. Would recommend adding to the description that it is 4 flights of stairs to enter and bring your own toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, food baggies/saran wrap etc. The decor is adorable, super comfy mattress. We never heard a peep from any other people onsite. Water pressure was awesome. Will bw back!

Little River Condo

Loved staying at this condo. It's newly remodeled and very clean. Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay by offering to let us check in early and suggesting beaches to visit. This condo is one of our favorite VRBO listings we've stayed at. Note this is a 3rd floor condo and there is no elevator available for use. This was not a problem for us but could potentially be for future guests with physical limitations.
