"It’s a lovely hotel; with great staff, all around!"

"Everything was ideal ,this place makes you feel welcome . And it is a great landing spot after a long day. My hat is off to couple of ladies that put the breakfast together. They work so hard preparing great food a mean cup of coffee but they dont work hard at there smiles and laughter that just is them. The maid service is incredible , impecible job. I left my maid a nice tip. She earned it by just being exceptional. In the later evening the,front desk is maned by a gentleman say 50. Super nice...

"It has been a number of years since I have stayed here and the place is still immaculate. The room was so clean and comfortable, very spacious. The indoor pool I was clean and very warm. The breakfast area was the most neatly laid out that I have ever seen and the hostess did not let anything run out."

"It was a very clean room and comfortable with a kitchen area in the rooom. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you needed something. They have a bbq area with two bbq's and two tables with chairs. I recommend staying here.there is a laundry facilities and exercise room but we did not use them."

"Parking was terrible, there was screws and material everywhere due to construction, the hallways and common areas are ran down. Hot tub jets were out of order. The room was decent and clean."

"I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again."

"The entire hotel was incredibly clean! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had rooms that joined, even though we booked them on separate platforms and made this request at check in. Beds were super comfy and the room lay out is great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. For such a nice bathroom, I was expecting more pressure. "

The towels did not smell fresh, even after requesting new ones, which made me question whether they were washed properly.
