"We were there for a conference weekend. The outside of the building didn't look very welcoming, due to the black bricks, but once inside, it was lovely, welcoming and warm, the staff were attentive and nothing was too small for them. The rooms, the food everything was perfect."

"Great stay! We actually stayed 2 weeks after traveling for over 4 months. My husband, dog and I enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Housekeeping stuff were all very nice. Options for food next door and the hotel bar has some snacks and beverages. Not a bad drive to Wetherby and York. We took Ubers. We’d stay again. "

"The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Lovely to have a fridge in yhe room. Staff were very helpful & friendly. A lovely one night stay whilst attending a wedding party. £5 parking fee, not excessive but no mention about this when booking. Might as well just add £5 to the room rate and not have those unsightly signs everywhere. "

"We booked last minute, for an event in leeds and it was perfect, close to where we needed to be, parking was so convenient.. staff were lovely and so helpful everything was amazing comfy beds and the shower wow 👌 Would definitely recommend "

"All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing. The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes. Excellent service from excellent staff. Looking forward to staying again. "
