Lakeview Oasis Home with Spa near Lake Lewisville

Located a stone's throw from Lake Lewisville. Enjoy those long Texas nights on any one of the three covered patios, including an over-sized upstairs balcony with spectacular views of the Lake. The home boasts many modern touches such as a waterfall kitchen island, surround sound, and a CCTV security camera. A sizable backyard completes this truly impressive estate. The whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3700 square foot single family home has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
The sprawling floor plan includes an ensuite FULL bath in EVERY bedroom and a full bath conveniently located in the 3-car garage. This home includes many clever and convenient accents, including a walk-through pantry, mudroom, large utility room, game room, separate office, and dual walk-in closets in the primary suite.
Each bedroom has a 50" smart tv. Security cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only exterior of the house. Ring doorbell at the front door. 1 at the front the house, 1 front of the garage facing the driveway, 1 at backyard size entrance and 1 at the backyard.
We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue. Though this house can sleep 20 or more people, there is an extra guest fee of $25 per head after the first 6 guests.

Graduation Celebration

Our graduation celebrants of fourteen adults and one infant ranged in age from eight months to 94 years. The property exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. The host, Sarah O, was readily available to answer all my questions prior to our stay, as well as making sure an infant crib and high chair were available. Although the six and a half bathrooms were initially the main attraction, we found an immaculate, well-appointed and provisioned home that perfectly accomodated us. Our guests were delighted and amazed to learn everything was provided by Sarah O, not by me. I brought myself and food for four days! Our seasoned group of users of short term rentals all agreed the Parkwood experience surpassed any previously experienced. The absolute level of cleanliness of the property was especially appreciated. I plan to reserve this home for future occasions in the area.

Great Property!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group! We enjoyed the use of the grill and hot tub. Having a play pen and high chair for our baby was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family wedding stay

This house is amazing. It was perfect for 10 adults and 10 kids under 12. Great dormitory bedroom for the older kids to sleep and wrestle. Nice kitchen. kitchen towels would be niceCoffee pot instructions would be helpful.Coffee grinder does not work.Bathroom door next to the big bedroom the latch sticks and trapped one of the kids

Football week

Loved the house. There are a few repairs needed. Some of the doors stick because the house is settling. And the towel holders in the last bedroom are about to fall off of the wall. Finally, this is a very large house. Does it only have one temp zone? Besides that it was a great stay for our family of 11, and we will definitely consider staying again.

House was clean and nicely decorated. Having a garage door opener provided was a nice perk. A few small issues that were quickly addressed by the host. Great communication with host.

Better than expected!

The property was even better than listed. It is bright and had an additional half bath (for a total of 6.5!). Our party of 14 adults enjoyed the air hockey table and upstairs couch area in addition to the main living areas. The beds were comfortable and the host was very accommodating by setting up the bonus room with folding beds (not just floor mattresses) for additional separation and privacy. Use of the garage is a bonus as well. Overall a great experience we would repeat.

Perfect for what we needed it for

This house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a family reunion right down the street so the location was perfect also. It has a pretty view of the lake. The only thing I would say to add is pot holders. Other than that the house was just perfect and very very clean.

Wedding group

This beautiful home was the perfect place for my family , our son, and his groomsmen to land before and after his wedding at The Olana chicory Creek . I searched and searched for a good place that would be functional and comfortable before his Big day and found this. Sarah was Very responsive and answered my questions! Stay here you’ll not be disappointed! House is beautiful , clean and modern ! Wish we would have had time to use the hot tub but we mainly just slept here and ate in between all our wedding events . We for sure would and hope to stay here again!

Top Tier Hostess and Home

This home is amazing and has everything you could need for a large family. We really appreciated the fact that every bedroom has its own personal bathroom and the rooms are spacious. The house was equipped with all the everything you could possibly need while away from home. Ms. Sarah was an amazing host and always responded in a timely manner whenever we needed her. She’s definitely a super host and deserves a 5 star rating if not more. I’m looking forward to staying at her beautiful home on the near future. Family Friendly

Entry Code was challenging, we couldn't get it to work. But, once we wete in it all worked out because thetr was always someone on the property. The wi-fi code that was given to us was incorrect, the correct code was finally sent to us. sit delayed our family entertainment and game time for hours. Please correct that for your next guest. The Refridgerator isn't cooling. well, our ice cream started to melt. Even with those obstacles arising during our stay, it's a beautiful home. Our family Time spent there will be a great memory. Oh, I also need to let you know that there's a small lizard running around on the upper level near the pool table. There was food already in the refrigerator when we arrived,. I went ahead & got rid of most of it ecept the sodas & a large jug ogf something in the freezer. Thanks Carolyn

Great place to get away

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. a home is extremely spacious enough for everyone to have their own space..and plenty of space to come together for family meals, game night, etc. This was a great staycation, quiet neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!! 10 out of 10 you won’t be disappointed! Communication with the host exceeded expectations before, during and after my stay.
